Step2: From the homepage, click on the ‘Data’ link or go directly to https://cgqdc.in/cgqdc-user.
Step3:Next, a page for checking the OBC/EWS file (CG population data for OBC/EWS category) will open.
step4: The applicant can enter their mobile number and click the ‘Submit’ button. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, after which you can access the CGQDC data for Chhattisgarh’s OBC/EWS population.
Launch Of CGQDC
Chhattisgarh’s Chief Minister, Bhupesh Baghel, has established a unique Data Commission to ensure fairness for marginalized groups in society. Through a census initiative known as CGQDC, the state government aims to create equal opportunities for OBC (Other Backward Classes) and EWS (Economically Weaker Sections).
This CGQDC-Chhattisgarh Quantifiable Data commission’s primary purpose is to assist the government in monitoring the populations of OBC and EWS. The government has also raised OBC reservations from 14% to 27% and introduced a 10% reservation for EWS individuals.
Following legal challenges, the Chhattisgarh High Court has instructed the government to gather data on the affected population. In response, the government has established the Quantifiable Data Commission and launched a website and mobile app for this purpose.
This commission will utilize the mobile app and website to efficiently collect data. People from OBC and EWS categories are strongly encouraged to participate in this survey. The state has appointed supervisors to assist with data collection, with some working in urban areas and others in rural areas.
